The person behind RCP Wallpaper

Rafael started RCP Wallpaper doing exactly what the name says — wallpaper, and only wallpaper. Not a side offering tacked onto a general painting business, but the actual specialty. That focus shows up in the details other contractors sometimes rush past: pattern repeat measured before ordering, seams sealed properly, edges that stay down after the first humid week.

He still visits every job in person before pricing it. No estimate gets sent over the phone based on a description or a few photos, because a hallway that "should be about 40 feet" rarely turns out to be exactly that once someone's standing in it with a tape measure.

That approach is slower than quoting sight unseen, but it's also why the reviews keep mentioning the same two things: the pattern match, and the fact that Rafael showed up himself.
